Dr. Farrugia is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Technology, and Dr. Singh is an alumnus of New York Medical College and an undergraduate of MIT. Katherine Carroll, PA, also sees patients on a regular basis and for consultations. Everyone says our staff is excellent.
